This one took place at an Izakaya (Japanese style pub during one of Amit's visits to Tokyo. We were choosing the different dishes to order and Amit as always was choosing for a vegetarian dish he could have. He muttered 'Gosh, I used to be so rebellious during high school. I used to eat 'mapo doufu' (a Chinese dish with sautéed tofu and ground beef) picking up just the tofu, and claimed that it was OK.'
